Trans East Agencies also establish and maintain lines of steam and other ships and generally to transport goods and passengers, and to purchase, charter, hire, build or otherwise acquire ships and vessels or let out, hire or charter or otherwise deal with and dispose of any such ships or vessels and generally to carry on all or any of the following business, that is to say, general carries by land, water and air, railway, port, shipping and forwarding agents, warehousemen and any other business which can be conveniently carried on in connection with the above.
